For all services with the excepction of eyebrow services, deposits are required upon booking. Deposits are processed the day they are received and are NON-REFUNDABLE within 48 hours of the appointment, with no exceptions.
Full-set eyelash extension appointments: A $50.00 deposit is required upon booking.
Bridal make-up appointments: 50% of the cost of the serivce is required upon booking.
Non-Bridal Makeup appointments: Full payment of the service will be required as the deposit if the service is less than $50.00.
48 hour Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is very important to the SOHO Lashes team , it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. In the case of a cancellation more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, the deposit will be refunded to you in full in-store or to your debit/credit card. You may also be asked to pay for your appointments in full in advance after two cancellations less than 48 hours.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 72 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked weeks/months in advance. Since the service is reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.
- Less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a charge equal to $50.00.
- “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
- Appointments made within the 24-hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge of $50.00.
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our SOHO Lashes team members scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. SOHO Lashes policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele. As a courtesy, we will call and confirm your service appointments three business days prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fees.
You have 48 hours after your service is complete to report that you are unhappy with your service and receive a complimentary correction. Please understand that exceding your 48 hour window of time given to report that you are disatissfied with any completed service will prevent you from receiving any corrections. We do not offer refunds or in-store credit for any services.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your product purchase you may return the item (s) within 14 days of receiving it for an exchange or store credit ONLY. Item must be in its' original packaging and in perfect, unused condition.
